Specialized ABA, LLC is a growing boutique Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) company in DeLand, Florida. We are seeking highly motivated and passionate Registered Behavior Technicians with experience to join our team and help us provide top-notch ABA services to children in the DeLand area.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing behavior plans

• Providing direct ABA therapy to clients and tracking their progress

• Collecting data

• Completing thorough, detailed session notes

• Collaborating with team members

• Communicating and coordinating services with all providers and caregivers

 

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the BACB

• Current Medicaid provider number and NPI number

• Minimum of 1 or more years of experience providing ABA therapy to children and adolescents with developmental delays and behavioral concerns

• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and procedures and experience using them in direct care settings

• Strong communication skills

• Patience and joy for children and young people

• Empathy and understanding for the population we serve

 

Pay Range: $20 - $25
