​​We are Specialized ABA, LLC, a local provider of high-quality services for individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges in the greater DeLand, Florida area (DeLand, Orange City and DeLeon Springs). We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide supervision, training, and support to our RBTs, behavior technicians and clients.

 

As a BCBA, you will:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior interventions and make data-based decisions

• Provide direct services to clients using evidence-based practices

• Train and supervise RBTs and behavior technicians and ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards

• Collaborate with other professionals and families to coordinate care and promote positive outcomes

To be eligible for this position, you must:

• Have a master’s degree or higher in psychology, education, or a related field

• Have a current certification as a BCBA from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Have at least two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges

• Have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
