I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 7 years in the field and 20 years of experience working with children, and I’m passionate about supporting clients and their families. I’m also a founding board member and current Vice President of the Volusia chapter of the Florida Association of Behavior Analysis, I’ve lived in DeLand my entire adult life and enjoy spending time with my family, staying active in the community, and supporting local football.

​​Anne-Elyse Windham is a behavior analyst with 10 years’ experience in the field. She’s held positions as an RBT, social skills trainer, BCBA in homes, schools and clinics, as well as an adjunct faculty member.​ Her passions lie in teaching and training others in the art of behavior analysis and disseminating ABA outside of the walls of Autism. 

Kayla Hardison is a Behavior Analyst in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She has been working with neurodivergent individuals for four years. She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of her learners through ethical and quality services. Kayla loves teaching through play to facilitate communication, social skills, and life skills to help learners become more independent. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs, reading, hiking, and traveling.
