Sarah Sieg

MS, BCBA

Welcome to Specialized ABA!

I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 7 years in the field and 20 years of experience working with children, and I’m passionate about supporting clients and their families. I’m also a founding board member and current Vice President of the Volusia chapter of the Florida Association of Behavior Analysis, I’ve lived in DeLand my entire adult life and enjoy spending time with my family, staying active in the community, and supporting local football.

Anne-Elyse Windham

MA, BCBA

Anne-Elyse Windham is a behavior analyst with 10 years’ experience in the field. She’s held positions as an RBT, social skills trainer, BCBA in homes, schools and clinics, as well as an adjunct faculty member. Her passions lie in teaching and training others in the art of behavior analysis and disseminating ABA outside of the walls of Autism.

Kayla Hardison

MS, BCBA

Kayla Hardison is a Behavior Analyst in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She has been working with neurodivergent individuals for four years. She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of her learners through ethical and quality services. Kayla loves teaching through play to facilitate communication, social skills, and life skills to help learners become more independent. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs, reading, hiking, and traveling.

Wendy Godoy

BS, Docent

Wendy has over five years of experience working with neurodivergent children, and her strong background has inspired her to grow into mentoring her fellow RBT's. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Management, which supports her passion for training and educating others in the field of applied behavior analysis. Her dedication to both client care and professional development continues to make a positive impact.

Isabelle Higham

Operations Coordinator

Isabelle brings over eight years of experience working with neurodivergent children and is passionate about inspiring others. She also manages the team, helping ensure smooth and effective services. Isabelle values building strong relationships with families and strives to create a lasting, positive impact. In addition, she supports families in accessing resources and scholarships to better meet their needs and goals.

Behavior Pathways Supervisors

Behavior Pathways is a Specialized ABA training program in the next step of our Student Analyst development pathway, providing hands-on experience in applied behavior analysis services. Participants have demonstrated the foundational skills required to enter this advanced phase of training. As Student Analysts, they gain practical experience by supporting and supervising RBTs on active caseloads, implementing and modifying treatment programs, and collaborating closely with our BCBAs.

Trainees attend weekly supervision meetings and actively participate in clinical team discussions, where they present their assigned caseloads for review. They assist in analyzing and interpreting data graphs, contribute ideas for new skill acquisition programs, and support client assessments. The program emphasizes clinical growth, data-driven decision-making, and collaborative, ethical practice in ABA services preparing them to become Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Stefanie Horvath

Behavior Pathway Supervisor

Stef is a dedicated professional with over 10 years of experience working with neurodivergent children. She is passionate about supporting individualized development and helping each child reach their full potential. Stef focuses on building communication, social, and daily living skills through compassionate, evidence-based approaches. Stef is committed to creating supportive, structured environments that promote growth, independence, and confidence in every child she serves. She also collaborates closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, effective support in practice.

Deja Miller

MS, Behavior Pathway Supervisor

Deja is a dedicated mental health professional who recently earned her master’s degree in counseling from Bethune-Cookman University. She has over three years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician and is passionate about Applied Behavior Analysis and helping individuals reach their full potential. She is currently working toward becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Deja brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to her work is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those she serves

Baylee Eads

BS, Behavior Pathway Supervisor

Baylee is a passionate Registered Behavior Technician who holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She is committed to delivering high-quality, ethical services to the children and families she supports. Baylee strives to make a meaningful impact in the lives of each individual she works with by helping them improve their social, communication, and daily living skills. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her dog, as well as being outdoors and going on walks.

Kayley Seda

MS, Behavior Pathway Supervisor

Kayley has been a Registered Behavior Technician in Applied Behavior Analysis for three and a half years. After discovering ABA, she found a career that feels meaningful and fulfilling.

She has learned a lot from the children, families, and professionals she works with, and focuses on creating a supportive environment where every child can succeed.

Kayley is currently working toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and is committed to continuing to grow and make a positive impact in the field.

Student Analyst

The Student Analyst Program is the first step in becoming a Student Analyst and is a structured ABA training experience designed to build foundational clinical skills in behavior analysis. Participants engage in regular supervision meetings with our BCBA to review client progress, discuss case conceptualization, and receive guided feedback.

The program includes opportunities to support data collection, assist with graph analysis, contribute to program development, and observe or participate in treatment planning. Emphasis is placed on professional growth, ethical practice, and developing competency in applied behavior analysis through ongoing mentorship and collaborative learning, with the long-term goal of progressing toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Sarai Griffith

BS, MA, Student Analyst, RBT

Sarai is a Registered Behavior Technician with over fifteen years of experience in early childhood education. She supports young children’s learning, social development, and behavior in classroom and individualized settings. Sarai is pursuing a Master’s in Exceptional Student Education with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis. She is passionate about helping children build skills and works closely with families to support growth, independence, and meaningful progress.

Nathalie Longobardi

RBT

Nathalie is a compassionate RBT with a bachelor’s degree in education from Universidad Central de Venezuela. She has over 15 years of experience as an educator, building strong skills in classroom management and individualized instruction. Nathalie enjoys using positive reinforcement to support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. She is passionate about making a positive impact and values ongoing professional growth. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach with her family

Malgorzata "Gosia" Daye

BS, RBT

Gosia has been a Registered Behavior Technician in ABA for seven years, with additional experience working with neurodivergent individuals in both group homes and private care. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and is bilingual, fluent in Polish.

Gosia is passionate about helping children become more independent and enjoys spending time outdoors, doing activities with her children, and being with family and friends.

Danishka "Dani"

Dani has been in the ABA field for over two years and has always been passionate about improving the lives of children. After discovering ABA, she found a career that aligns with her goals. She has learned a great deal from both colleagues and the children she works with. Dani values continuous learning and cares deeply about her clients. She hopes to grow within the field and explore new opportunities in the future, and is excited to see where her ABA journey leads.

Nyla Miranda

RBT

Nyla is a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with over a year of experience, already making a meaningful impact through her passion and commitment to client success. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology to further strengthen her knowledge and skills in the field. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, relaxing at the beach, and indulging in shopping and self-care activities.

Elizbeth "Ely" Caraballo

RBT

Ely is a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician with a background in psychology and over six years of experience working with children. She is passionate about supporting growth and finds fulfillment in seeing the progress of those she works with. Originally from Puerto Rico, Ely is bilingual in Spanish and English. As a mother of two boys, family is a big part of her life. She plans to pursue a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis to continue making a meaningful impact.

Kena Burke

RBT

Kena has worked as a Registered Behavior Technician for nearly two years. Her passion for ABA began while working as an administrative assistant at an ABA company, which led her to transition into a direct care role. She enjoys supporting clients and being part of their growth and progress. Kena is also pursuing a degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant to further enhance her ability to promote independence and improve quality of life.

Nataly Sarria

Nataly graduated from Stetson University in the Class of 2025 and soon began her career as a Registered Behavior Technician. She is known for her warm personality, positive energy, and ability to create a welcoming environment for everyone she works with. Outside of her professional life, Nataly enjoys spending time outdoors, whether going for walks, exploring new places, or simply enjoying the peacefulness of nature.

Tanvi Kaushik

RBT

Tanvi has worked as a Registered Behavior Technician for two years, supporting children and families and celebrating small but meaningful daily successes. She has around 10 years of experience working with kids overall. Married for 12 years, she is a proud mom of a daughter and son who bring joy and adventure to her life. In her free time, she enjoys drawing and painting, watching true crime shows on Netflix, and exploring new places with her family.

Cheyenne Justice

RBT

Cheyenne recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Education. Since 2025, she has worked as a Registered Behavioral Technician, building a strong commitment to supporting individuals with behavioral and developmental needs while continuing to grow professionally. She values personalized support, continuous learning, and evidence-based practices, and plans to pursue advanced education. In her free time, she enjoys the beach, friends, and walks.

Sabrina Rios

RBT

Sabrina has over 2 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. She began working with children as a preschool assistant teacher and quickly developed a passion for ABA. Sabrina enjoys creating socially significant changes for her clients and focuses on teaching through play and building life skills. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, visiting Disney, and spending time with her family.

Mariana Miller

BS, RBT

Mariana has worked in ABA since early 2025, with prior experience supporting children with motor and developmental disabilities. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and plans to pursue communication sciences and disorders to become a speech-language pathologist. Born and raised in Brazil, she is fluent in Portuguese. She enjoys time with loved ones, video games, reading, and challenging workouts at the gym. She is passionate about helping children reach their full potential.
